Portishead Youth Centre offers a range of versatile rooms available for hire, perfect for meetings, fitness classes, clubs, community events, or children’s parties. With spaces like the Main Hall, Dance Studio, and Nautical Room, the centre provides flexible options to suit events of all sizes. Certain rooms are equipped with air conditioning, projectors, and sound systems, making them ideal for workshops, training sessions, or themed parties.

Pick ‘N’ Mix Parties – Create the Perfect Celebration
Planning your child’s party can be stressful — that’s why we make it easy and enjoyable! At Portishead Youth Centre, our Pick ‘N’ Mix Party system lets you:
- Pick Your Room – Choose from the Main Hall, Dance Studio, or Nautical Room
- Pick Your Catering – Simple snacks, themed food, or full party catering
- Mix Your Entertainment & Extras – From bouncy castles to face painting, glitter tattoos, balloon artists, role play themes, and locally made bespoke cakes
Whether your child loves Peppa Pig, Baby Shark, princesses, dinosaurs, or Doodlebug Village role play, our Party Co-ordinator can help bring your vision to life, including arranging guest appearances!

The Main Hall
The Main Hall is our largest space and incredibly versatile. Perfect for:
- Soft Play Parties (use of toys included in room hire)
- Inflatable/Bouncy Castle Parties
- Children’s Entertainer-Led Parties
- Role Play Parties (Doodlebug Village parties available)
Pricing: 3-hour party slot (30 mins setup, 2 hours party, 30 mins clear-up) – £95
Dance Studio & Nautical Room
The Dance Studio is ideal for:
- Disco-themed parties with built-in sound system and disco lighting
- Space for bouncy castles while still leaving room for dancing
- Open areas for entertainers and activity-based parties
The Nautical Room adjoins the Dance Studio and is perfect for laying out party food and drinks.
Pricing: 3-hour party slot (30 mins setup, 2 hours party, 30 mins clear-up) – £115
