Booking Fees – Simple, Flexible & Transparent

At AW Inflatables, we aim to make booking your inflatable hire as easy and stress-free as possible. Our booking fee secures your chosen equipment and event date, giving you peace of mind that everything is reserved just for you.

Secure Your Booking

To confirm your booking, a £50 non-refundable booking fee per inflatable or product is required.

  • Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation.
  • Once your booking fee has been received, your equipment and event date are fully reserved.
  • If payment isn't received within 48 hours, your booking will be automatically cancelled and the items released back into our live booking system.

Flexible Booking Protection

We understand that plans can sometimes change.

Your booking fee can be transferred to a new date, provided:

  • You give us at least 7 days' notice before your original booking date.
  • The new booking takes place within 12 months of the original event date.
  • One date change is included free of charge. Additional changes may be subject to a small administration fee.

Paying Your Remaining Balance

The remaining balance can be paid in whichever way is most convenient for you:

Before Your Event

  • Debit or credit card
  • Bank transfer (recommended at least 2 days before hire)

On the Day

  • Cash payment to our delivery team during setup

Important Information

  • Booking fees are non-refundable.
  • Booking fees are transferable in line with our transfer policy.
  • Multiple-item bookings require a £50 booking fee for each inflatable or hire item.
  • Any transferred booking must be used within 12 months, after which the booking fee will expire.
