Simple, Secure & Transparent Booking
At AW Inflatables, we believe booking your inflatable hire should be straightforward from the moment you choose your equipment through to the day of your event.
Our booking fee reserves your selected equipment and event date, giving you peace of mind that your booking is secured with our team.
Secure Your Booking
To secure your reservation, a £50 non-refundable booking fee per inflatable or hire product is required.
How it works:
- Your booking fee must be received within 48 hours of your booking confirmation.
- Once the required booking fee has been received, your selected equipment and event date are reserved.
- If payment is not received within 48 hours, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
- The equipment will then be released back into our live online booking system and may become available for another customer to book.
We therefore recommend making payment as soon as possible after receiving your confirmation.
Need to Change Your Date?
Flexible Booking Protection
We understand that plans sometimes change.
Although booking fees are non-refundable, they can be transferred to another booking in accordance with our transfer policy.
To transfer your booking:
✓ You must provide at least 7 days' notice before your original hire date.
✓ Your new booking must take place within 12 months of your original event date.
✓ One date change is included without an administration charge.
✓ Additional date changes may be subject to an administration fee.
All changes remain subject to equipment availability for your new chosen date.
Paying Your Remaining Balance
Once your booking fee has been paid, any remaining balance can be settled using one of our available payment methods.
Pay Before Your Event
You can pay your remaining balance by:
Debit or Credit Card
Secure card payment can be made before your event.
Bank Transfer
Bank transfer payments should preferably be completed at least 2 days before your hire date to allow sufficient time for the payment to clear.
Please have the correct payment available when our team arrives.
Important Booking Fee Information
Please make sure you understand the following before completing your booking:
- All booking fees are non-refundable.
- Booking fees may be transferred in accordance with our transfer policy.
- A £50 booking fee applies to each inflatable or hire product included within your booking.
- Transferred bookings must be used within 12 months of the original event date.
- After this period, any unused booking fee will expire.
- All transferred bookings are subject to availability.
- Your booking is not fully secured until the required booking fee has been received.
