Booking Fees – Easy, Flexible, and Transparent

At AW Inflatables, we want to make booking your event as simple, stress-free, and flexible as possible. To ensure fairness and availability for all customers, we have a clear booking fee and deposit policy in place.

Booking Fee – Secure Your Date with Confidence

  • A non-refundable booking fee of £50.00 per inflatable/product is required to secure your hire.
  • This fee must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation email.
  • If the booking fee is not received within this timeframe, your booking will be automatically cancelled, and the items will be released back into availability for other customers.

Flexible & Transferable Booking Fees – Total Peace of Mind

We understand that plans can change, which is why our booking fees are transferable.

  • Booking fees can be moved to a new date within 12 months of the original booking date.
  • To transfer your booking, we require at least 7 days’ notice before your event.
  • Your booking can be rescheduled once without additional charges. Any further changes may incur admin fees.

This ensures you don’t lose out if life throws you a curveball!

We provide multiple payment methods to make your experience smooth and hassle-free:

Booking Fee Payments:

Remaining Balance Payments:

  • Digital payments: The remaining balance must be settled at least 2 days before your event if paying by card or bank transfer.
  • Cash on delivery: You may also pay your remaining balance in cash directly to our driver upon setup for added convenience.

Important Notes About Booking Fees

  • The booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations.
  • If a booking is cancelled, the fee will be held on your account and can be used toward a future booking within 12 months.
  • If the booking fee is not transferred to a new date within 12 months, it will be forfeited.
  • For multiple products hired, a £50 fee applies per item.
