AW Inflatables is an established, family-run inflatable and event hire company operating since 2010.

What Is It Like Working With Us?
Working in inflatable and event hire can be great fun — but we're also very clear that it involves hard work.
Our equipment can be large and heavy.
There can be early starts, busy weekends, long days and plenty of loading, unloading and travelling between events.
You'll need to be prepared to work outdoors in different conditions and remain professional when dealing with customers.

🚛 Driver / Event Delivery Team
Help Us Bring the Fun to Every Event
Our delivery drivers play an important role in the day-to-day operation of AW Inflatables.
You'll be responsible for helping transport equipment safely between our premises and customer venues.
Typical Responsibilities
Depending on the position, duties may include:
• Driving company vehicles
• Delivering inflatable and event equipment
• Loading and unloading equipment
• Installing inflatables
• Correctly positioning equipment
• Assisting with safe anchoring
• Completing pre-use checks
• Communicating with customers
• Checking venue access and setup areas
• Collecting equipment
• Handling payments where required
• Reporting equipment or safety concerns
• Keeping vehicles and equipment organised
What We're Looking for in a Driver
We're looking for somebody who is:
✓ Reliable

✓ Comfortable dealing with customers
✓ Able to work independently and as part of a team
✓ Physically capable of undertaking the role
✓ Confident driving larger vehicles where required
✓ Comfortable using navigation systems
A suitable driving licence and driving history will be required for driving positions.
Driver eligibility may also depend on our vehicle-insurance requirements.
Previous delivery, events or inflatable-hire experience can be useful but isn't essential where full training can be provided.
🛠️ Driver's Mate / Setup Team
Help Build the Party
Our setup team works alongside our drivers to deliver, install and collect equipment.
This is a physical role and can involve plenty of lifting, moving equipment and working outdoors.
Typical Responsibilities
• Loading vehicles
• Unloading equipment
• Moving inflatables into position
• Assisting with setup
• Assisting with anchoring
• Positioning safety mats and accessories
• Running electrical leads safely
• Helping complete collections
• Keeping equipment organised
• Supporting drivers and other team members
• Following AW Inflatables safety procedures
What We're Looking for
You don't necessarily need previous experience.
We're more interested in finding people with the right attitude.
You'll need to be:

🎉 Event Staff / Inflatable Supervisor
Be Right in the Middle of the Action
Some of our larger events require AW Inflatables team members to remain on site and supervise attractions.
Event staff help us provide a safe, organised and enjoyable experience for guests.
Typical Responsibilities
• Supervising inflatable attractions
• Managing safe user numbers
• Organising queues
• Enforcing safety rules
• Communicating with parents and guests
• Helping customers where required
• Taking payments where applicable
• Monitoring equipment
• Reporting safety concerns
• Keeping attraction areas organised
• Supporting the wider event team

Training & Safety
Safety is a major part of working at AW Inflatables.
Depending on your position, training may cover:
• Safe manual handling
• Inflatable installation
• Anchoring
• Blower operation
• Electrical safety awareness
• Equipment checks
• Weather monitoring
• Wind safety
• Customer communication
• Inflatable supervision
• Crowd and queue management
• Emergency procedures
Team members should only undertake duties they have been appropriately trained and authorised to perform.
Working With Children & Public Events
Many of our customers and event users are children.
Depending on the position and duties involved, additional suitability checks, training or safeguarding requirements may apply.
Certain roles may also require an appropriate DBS check.
Any requirements will be explained as part of the recruitment process.
