Planning Your Event Safely

To help your event run smoothly, consider the following:

Confirm ground conditions (grass, hall, or indoor venue with sufficient space)
Ensure power access if required
Plan setup and pack-down times (typically 1–2 hours each)
Review relevant risk assessments with staff or volunteers

Weather Contingency:

In the case of heavy rain or winds over 24mph, we provide 24-hour notice and will either move indoors (if possible) or reschedule.
