Brilliant customer experience all round. The cost was reasonable, the communication fantastic from original booking, keeping us updated, giving us a time slot for when the bouncy castle would be delivered to the actual delivery and collection. Everyone that I spoke to was really friendly and helpful. The kids all loved the bouncy castle that we picked, and there was a fab selection to choose from, unfortunately I didn't get round to taking any photos!

We went for the monster truck one with a slide, it was amazing and an absolute head turner. Everyone loved it, guests, neighbours, passers by!

Amazing Disney castle for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party.
Having the slide and being able to have a bounce was just perfect for the kids.
When we got home my daughter asked where the castle was I think she thought it was a birthday present 😂
The team arrived nice and early to set up and cleaned the castle before we used it.

We used AW inflatables because of their 5* reviews and now we’re adding our own. They were some accommodating and managed to help us out when things hadn’t gone to plan. Excellent communication throughout in terms of drop off and pick up times. Would not hesitate to use them again and recommend to family and friends.

Contacted them on the day of our organised school event as another company cancelled in the morning due to the weather forecast. They were able to provide what we needed at such short notice and were more than happy to accommodate everything that we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they helped to make the day all the more special for all of our children. Would highly recommend!

We hired an outdoor bouncy castle for our toddlers birthday party - brilliant, friendly and efficient service from Matt and the team. We even got some much appreciated extra bouncing time as they delivered early and picked up late (with our agreement!). Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.
