Are you insured?

Yes! AW Inflatables has £10 million public liability insurance. A copy of our certificate is available upon request.

Are your inflatables clean?

Absolutely. All equipment is cleaned, checked, and maintained regularly. If you have any concerns when your inflatable arrives, please speak to our team immediately.

Can you set up on a slope?

We recommend a flat area wherever possible. A very slight grass slope may be suitable, but please contact us before booking so we can advise.

Can you bring inflatables through the house?

Due to the size and weight of our equipment, we do not recommend moving inflatables through homes. Large sack trucks may cause water or dirt to enter the inflatable and could damage floors, carpets, doors, or decorations. AW Inflatables cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused.

Can you set up on concrete, driveways, gravel, or artificial grass?

In some cases, yes. However, the inflatable must be securely anchored using suitable fixings. Safety is our priority, and we must be able to safely secure the equipment.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes. A booking fee/deposit is required within 48 hours of confirmation to secure your date.

Do you offer overnight hire?

Yes, overnight hires may be available for an additional charge. Please contact us for details.

Do you provide risk assessments?

Yes, we can provide assistance with risk assessments where required. Please request this before your event.

When do I pay?

A booking fee is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid before your event in line with your booking terms.

Payment options include:

Cash (where agreed)

How are inflatables secured?

All inflatables are securely anchored using appropriate ground stakes or approved fixing methods.

How long is the hire period?

Hire times vary depending on the product and availability. Standard hires are usually between 2–5 hours.

How long does setup and collection take?

Setup normally takes around 15 minutes and collection around 20 minutes, depending on the equipment and access.

How much space do I need?

You must provide enough clear space for the inflatable, including safe access around it.

The area must be:

Clear of garden furniture, toys, debris, and pet waste
Suitable for safe anchoring
Accessible for our delivery team

Is there a delivery charge?

Some areas may have a delivery charge. Any costs will be shown during the booking process.

Are there age restrictions?

Yes. Some inflatables have specific age, height, or weight restrictions. Please check the product information or contact us for advice.

What areas do you cover?

We deliver across the South West, including:

Weston-super-Mare, Portishead, Bristol, Bath, Bridgwater, Clevedon, Nailsea, Yatton, Taunton, Newport, and surrounding areas.

What is included in the hire price?

Your hire normally includes:

What happens after booking?

You will receive booking confirmation, and our team will contact you before your event with delivery details. We will set everything up and explain the safety guidelines.

What happens if it rains?

Many inflatables have rain covers, and light showers may not affect your hire. However, severe weather conditions may require cancellation or rescheduling for safety reasons.

What if I need to cancel?

What if there is no electricity nearby?

We require a suitable 240V power supply within 25 metres. Generator hire is available if needed.

When are you available?

We operate 7 days a week, all year round, including bank holidays.

What do I need to provide?

You need to provide:

A suitable setup area
A safe 240V power supply within 25 metres (unless using a generator)

We provide everything else needed for your inflatable hire.
