1. Are you insured?
Yes! We have £10,000,000 public liability insurance. Copies of our certificate are available upon request.
2. Are your bouncy castles clean?
Absolutely! Our castles are cleaned regularly, ensuring they are in top condition. If you're not satisfied with the cleanliness on delivery, please notify a staff member immediately.
3. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
We don’t recommend setting up on slopes, but a very slight grass slope may be possible. Please discuss this with us before booking.
4. Can you deliver through the house?
Our bouncy castles are large and heavy, and using large sack trucks can result in water entering the inflatable, potentially staining carpets or floors. We do not take responsibility for any damage to floors, doors, or decorations inside your home.
5. Can you set up on concrete, driveways, gravel, or artificial grass?
Yes, but Please be aware that we MUST be able to stake the inflatable through the surface to ensure it is securely anchored. Safety is our top priority, and proper anchoring is essential to prevent movement or tipping during use.

6. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation to secure your reservation.
7. Do you offer overnight hires?
Yes, overnight hire can be arranged for an additional charge. Please contact us for details.
8. Do you supply risk assessments?
We can assist you with a risk assessment if needed, but it must be completed prior to booking.
9. How and when do I pay?
A deposit is due within 48 hours of booking, and the full balance is due 7 days before delivery. We accept payment via BACS, cash, or card.
10. How do you secure your inflatables?
We use 10-inch ground stakes to anchor the inflatable securely.
11. How long do I get the equipment for?
Our rentals are typically for 2-5 hours, depending on availability. The latest collection is guaranteed by 65pm, but later pickups can incur an extra charge.
12. How long does setup and takedown take?
Setup takes about 15 minutes, and takedown takes roughly 20 minutes. These times may vary depending on the inflatable.
13. What is the cost?
Prices are available on our website. Rates may vary, so please contact us for current pricing.
14. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
Bookings can be made at any time, but early reservations are recommended due to high demand.
15. How much space is needed?
You will need at least 4 feet at the front and rear of the castle, and 3 feet on each side. Please ensure the area is clear of debris, garden items, and pet waste.
16. Is there a delivery charge?
A small delivery charge may apply to certain areas, which will be outlined during the booking process.
17. Is there an age limit for using the inflatables?
Some inflatables have age and height restrictions. Please contact us for specific details.
18. What areas do you cover?
We serve the South West, including Weston-Super-Mare, Portishead, Bristol, Bath, Taunton, Clevedon, Newport, and surrounding areas. Please call for quotes outside these areas.
19. What’s included in the price?
The booking price includes local delivery, setup, inflation, collection, safety mats, a blower, and an extension cable with an RCD safety plug.
20. What happens after my booking is confirmed?
You’ll receive a call the day before with an estimated delivery time. Our team will set up the inflatable and review safety procedures with you.
21. What if it rains on the day of my booking?
Most inflatables come with a shower cover, but in severe weather conditions, we may need to cancel or reschedule. Please contact us for more details.
22. What if I need to cancel?
Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for our cancellation policy.
23. What if there’s no electric nearby?
We provide up to 25 meters of cable. If a generator is required, it’s available for an additional charge.
24. When are your inflatables available?
Our inflatables are available 7 days a week, all year round, including Bank Holidays.
25. What do I need to provide?
We supply all necessary equipment, but you must provide a 240-volt power supply (within 25 meters) for each inflatable.
