Our VAT registration details can be provided on invoices and relevant business documentation.

Are Your Prices Inclusive of VAT?

For customers booking through our website, the total amount payable, including applicable VAT, is clearly shown as part of the booking process.

Where appropriate, we may also display the price excluding VAT alongside the VAT-inclusive total.

This means you can see the actual amount payable before completing your booking.

No unexpected VAT added at the end.

Private & Consumer Bookings

If you're booking a bouncy castle, soft play or other equipment for a private party or celebration, the total price presented to you during the booking process will include applicable VAT.

You shouldn't need to calculate VAT yourself.

Simply choose your equipment, enter your event details and review the total before confirming your booking.

Do Charities Pay VAT?

Charitable status does not automatically mean that every purchase is exempt from VAT.

The VAT treatment depends on the nature of the supply and the applicable UK VAT rules.

Where VAT is applicable to your booking, it will be charged accordingly.

If your organisation believes a particular VAT relief applies, please contact us before booking so the relevant requirements can be considered.

Can I Get a VAT Invoice?

Yes.

If you require a VAT invoice for your booking, please contact us.

Where appropriate, your VAT invoice will show the information required for the transaction, including our VAT registration number and the applicable VAT breakdown.

Please provide your:

• Booking reference

• Name

• Business or organisation name where applicable

• Billing details

• Any purchase-order information required

Purchase Orders

If you're booking on behalf of a school, council, business or other organisation and require a Purchase Order (PO), please discuss this with us as early as possible.

Purchase orders do not automatically override our standard booking or payment terms unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with AW Inflatables in writing.

Additional Charges

Some bookings may include additional charges depending on the requirements of the event.

These could include:

• Delivery charges

• Late collection

• Overnight hire

• Specialist surface installation

• Generator hire

• Event staffing

• Additional equipment

• Optional extras

Any applicable charges should be shown during the booking process or agreed with you before being added to your booking.

Applicable VAT will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant VAT treatment of the supply.

£50 Booking Fee

A £50 non-refundable booking fee per inflatable/product is normally required to secure your booking.

The booking fee forms part of the overall booking price rather than being an additional hidden charge.
