PARKING CHARGES – Plan Ahead & Avoid Extra Costs!

We love delivering fun, but we also need a place to park while we set up your awesome inflatables! To keep everything running smoothly, please make sure there’s a parking space available for our team.

What You Need to Know:

Provide a parking space for us to load/unload and set up your equipment.
✅ If needed, supply a visitor pass, parking permit, or cover parking fees (car park tickets, parking meters, etc.).
For supervised events, parking must be available for the entire duration of our staff’s stay.

🚨 No Parking? No Party! 🚨
If your location is on a red route, single/double yellow lines, or anywhere without a legal parking space, we won’t be able to deliver your equipment. Instead, we’ll have to return everything to our warehouse, and full payment will still be due.

Important: If No Parking Is Available

🚔 If our driver has to park illegally and gets a ticket, this will be passed on to you for full payment.

Zero Tolerance for Abusive Behaviour

At AW Inflatables, we have a zero-tolerance policy towards violence, aggression, and abusive behaviour.

Our staff have the right to work in a safe and respectful environment, free from threats, intimidation, or verbal abuse. This policy aligns with our Corporate Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety Risk Assessment Policy to ensure the well-being of our team.

If a member of staff feels threatened or subjected to violent, threatening, or abusive behaviour, we reserve the right to end all verbal communication immediately. In such cases, further communication will only be accepted via email, provided it remains respectful and non-abusive.

  • Use of foul language
  • Aggressive or emotionally out-of-control behaviour
