Parking Charges – Let’s Keep It Simple (and Avoid Any Nasty Surprises!)
At AW Inflatables, we’re all about delivering fun – but we can’t do that without a place to park our van of inflatable joy!
Here’s What We Need From You:
✅ Please reserve a parking space for our team to load, unload, and set up your inflatables.
✅ If your location has restricted parking, please sort us out with a visitor pass, permit, or cover the parking fee (like car park tickets or meter costs).
✅ Got a supervised event? Make sure parking is available for the whole time our team is on-site.
No Parking? No Party!
If we arrive and there’s nowhere legal to park (red routes, double yellows, etc.), sadly, we’ll have to return everything to the warehouse, and you’ll still be charged the full amount.
That’s a real party pooper, so let’s avoid it with a little planning!
If It Comes to a Parking Ticket...
If our driver is forced to park illegally and gets a ticket, the cost will be passed on to you. We’d rather spend that money on balloons and slushies, wouldn’t you?
So please, help us help you – plan ahead and save everyone the hassle.

Kindness Counts – Our Zero-Tolerance Policy
We know parties can be hectic, but kindness is key!
At AW Inflatables, we have a zero-tolerance policy toward aggressive, threatening, or abusive behaviour.
Here’s the Deal:
Our amazing team has the right to feel safe, respected, and valued while they work hard to make your event awesome. If someone becomes aggressive or abusive, we’ll:
- Stop communication immediately, and
- Only continue contact via email – as long as it stays polite.
What We Consider Abusive Behaviour:
- Verbal threats
- Swearing or foul language
- Aggressive outbursts or intimidating behaviour
