Garden & Venue Suitability Guide

To ensure your inflatable is installed safely, please check your setup area before booking.

✅ Ideal Surface

Natural grass is the best surface, allowing us to securely anchor the inflatable using ground stakes.

❌ Unsuitable Surfaces

Unfortunately, we cannot set up on:

• Driveways, tarmac, paving or slabs (without prior arrangement)
• Half grass / half hard surfaces
• Steep slopes
• Waterlogged or soft ground

Special Surface Options

Concrete

• Available by prior arrangement.
• Requires anchor bolts to be drilled into the surface.
• £30 per inflatable.

Artificial Grass

• Available by prior arrangement.
• Requires stakes through the turf.
• £30 per inflatable.
• We cannot accept responsibility for any damage.

Soil or Gravel

• May be suitable if the ground is firm enough to secure the anchors.
• Please let us know before your hire.

💨 Weather & Safety

For safety, inflatables cannot be used if wind speeds or gusts exceed 24mph. Our team will assess conditions before and during setup.
